Projects Manager
Requirements:
Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
Minimum 10 to 15 years experience in managing construction sites preferably in GCC, with FEDIC background
Valid UAE Driving License
Responsibilities:
Handling Contractual Obligations
Multitasking - Managing more than one site at a time
Ensure proper job controls, revenue and schedule
Supervising the team of project engineers and foreman and other site personnel
Follow up the site construction progress and fulfill the client / consultant / contractor requirement

Provide technical assistance to customers and in house design / detailing team
To ensure the accuracy and completeness of engineering design documentation / drawings, review the drawings to make sure they are complete in all aspects
Responsible for checking design drawings with GA Drawings in compliance with in-house
Procedures and customer contract specifications
